Colwall nestles beneath the foot of the Malvern Hills, with the cricket ground looking out to the rolling Herefordshire countryside. The club maintains two adjacent pitches to the highest standards thanks to a body of dedicated groundstaff and volunteers.
Colwall CC is a family and community orientated club which prides itself on the excellence of its facilities and its continuing development as a leading club.
Colwall runs four adult teams in Saturday League cricket, and this season enters the Worcestershire Sunday League as well as taking part in the NPower Village Knock out every year. There is a thriving youth structure for boys and girls of all ages with both boys and girls teams playing in the Herefordshire youth leagues. An increasing number of Colwall juniors have been selected to play in regional and county teams.
A large number of non playing members enjoy watching the cricket and a drink from the bar in the late evening sunshine which bathes the ground. Colwall in the summer is a traditional English cricket ground in all its glory.
